Interior Decoration

This project involved the full internal redecoration of Rep Gym, an American-owned fitness brand operating from a converted warehouse unit within an industrial estate.

The works were carried out across the entire facility, including main training areas, smaller functional gym zones, changing rooms, and toilet facilities. The objective was to deliver a durable, modern, and high-impact finish suitable for a heavy-use commercial gym environment.

A spray application method was used throughout the majority of the project to achieve a consistent, professional-grade finish across large wall surfaces and more complex internal areas. This approach allowed for even coverage, reduced application time, and a clean, uniform appearance that complemented the industrial character of the building.

All walls in the main gym floor and secondary training areas were spray painted to create a cohesive aesthetic across the space. Particular attention was given to ensuring an even finish in high-traffic zones where surfaces are subject to constant use and wear.

In addition to the main training areas, the changing rooms and toilet facilities were fully redecorated to maintain continuity of finish and cleanliness throughout the building. These areas were carefully prepared prior to painting to ensure durability and long-term performance in moisture-prone environments.

The completed project delivered a refreshed, cohesive interior that supports the brand identity of the gym while providing a robust and visually consistent environment for members and staff. The spray-applied finish ensures a modern industrial look that aligns with the warehouse setting and high-energy fitness atmosphere.
