This commercial project at Regent Arcade Shopping Centre in Cheltenham involved the careful planning and coordination of decorating works across four floors within a fully operational retail environment.
With thousands of visitors moving through the building daily, works had to be carefully scheduled and executed to ensure minimal disruption while maintaining safe, accessible routes for the public at all times. The project included painting extensive wood panelling around lift and stairwell areas, requiring detailed planning and strict adherence to health and safety procedures throughout.
A key aspect of the project involved close management of scaffolding and coordination with other contractors on site to ensure all works were completed safely and efficiently within a busy, live environment.
Vibrant Dulux Heritage colours were used to revitalise the interior spaces, finished in a durable eggshell coating to provide both longevity and a high-quality aesthetic suitable for a high-traffic commercial setting.
