Interior Decoration

Chosen Hill House was a substantial interior decoration project involving the main hall, staircase, and landing areas of this beautiful period property. With exceptionally high ceilings and extensive woodwork throughout, the project required careful planning, specialist spray application techniques, and meticulous attention to detail.

The scope of works included spraying all woodwork to achieve a flawless factory-like finish, spraying the ceilings throughout the hall, landing, and staircase areas, decorating the kitchen, and wallpapering the downstairs cloakroom. Due to the age of the property, extensive preparation work was required across the walls to rectify imperfections and create a smooth, consistent surface suitable for decoration.

A significant amount of time was invested in the preparation stages, ensuring all substrates were properly repaired, filled, sanded, and primed where necessary. This groundwork was essential in achieving the premium standard of finish expected within a property of this calibre.

The completed project transformed the interior spaces, delivering crisp sprayed finishes, beautifully decorated feature areas, and a high-end result that complements the character and scale of Chosen Hill House while providing a durable and long-lasting finish.
